Your monthly subscription pays for the deterministic engines, integrations, voice, and the layer that makes Max work. Max interactions bill separately at cost — to the cent. We don't take a margin on usage. You set a monthly spending cap during activation. Max stops when you hit it.
Why your bill stays low
MAXFORCE's deterministic engines own the plan. Training programs, macro targets, scheduling — all rule-based logic, no AI cost. Max only fires for coaching, conversation, and the parts that genuinely need it. Most users land in the $1–$4 range per month.
What you actually pay for
Every interaction with Max has a published cost. Your usage page shows the math live — every interaction, every month. No bundling. No quotas hiding margin. You see what we see.
