Activation
How Max learns
who you are.
Activation is the seven-step setup that teaches Max enough about you to be useful from day one. Not a form. Not a waitlist. A ritual — short, deliberate, and the foundation Max builds on every day after.
What it is
A guided handoff between you and Max.
Most apps ask for an email and drop you on an empty dashboard. MAXFORCE doesn't. Max needs context to be useful, so the first thing the product does is ask for it — once, in plain language, with care.
You answer in your own words. Max writes it down. From that point on, every reply, plan, and follow-up is built on top of what you said here.
It's a ritual, not a form.
Every screen earns its place. No checkbox lists for the sake of completion. What Max asks, Max uses.
Only what applies to you.
Pick personal-only and activation is four steps. Pick everything and it's seven. Max never asks about a domain you didn't turn on.
Resumable from anywhere.
Close the tab, come back next week. The database is the source of truth — pick up exactly where you left off.
The Seven Steps
Short. Specific. Yours.
Three steps run for everyone. Three are conditional — they only appear if you tell Max that domain matters to you. The final step is Max reading your answers back to you so nothing lands in your file you didn't say.
Pick your name. Pick your voice.
Two personas — Max or Maxine. Same brain, different voice. The choice is yours and you can change it later.
Tell Max what to look after.
Personal, fitness, health, business. Pick what applies to you. The rest of activation only asks about the parts you turned on.
How you train.
ConditionalStyle, days per week, session length, gym setup, equipment. The deterministic engine uses this to build your program. Max uses it to coach.
How your body runs.
ConditionalHeight, weight, goal, how deep you want nutrition tracking, whether you want a morning check-in. Sets the baseline Max watches drift from.
What your work actually looks like.
ConditionalA few sentences in your own words. Employed or running a company. The tools you live in. The shape of your week. Max reads this back into every business reply.
Connect the tools Max should see.
Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Slack are live. More on the way.
Max plays it back to you.
A clean summary of what Max now knows. Confirm and the home dashboard opens. Max starts paying attention from that moment forward.
Personal-only path: four steps. Everything turned on: seven. Anything you skip can be added from your account later — nothing about activation is final.
After Activation
Max knows you
before you ask.
The home dashboard opens. Your training program is already built. Your check-in time is set. Your calendar — if you connected one — is reading. Max isn't waiting for a prompt. Max is waiting on the day to happen so it can observe.
Activation is the first deposit into the AGE Model — the Aging Generative Engine. It's the structured context Max uses to give you progressively more relevant answers the longer you use it. The initial picture is built here. Everything you do afterward sharpens it.
What Max walks out of activation knowing
On the record
What you say in activation stays your file.
Activation answers are stored under your account, encrypted at rest, and never used to train a shared model. Row-level security isolates your data from every other MAXFORCE user. You can edit what Max knows from your account at any time, and you can delete it.
Public sign-ups are not open yet. MAXFORCE is in private build. When activation opens, this is the door you walk through.
Sit down with Max for a few minutes.
Walk out with a brain that knows you.
Create an account and activation begins on the next screen. Max does the listening. You do the talking.
